Kyung Il Optical
IKAA has arranged with Han Min Ho (한민호) of Kyung Il Optical (경일안경) for discounts on glasses for Gathering 2007 participants. The staff at Kyung Il Optical is extremely nice and helpful.
Glasses in general are significantly cheaper here in Korea than in most Western countries (4 pairs of glasses were purchased with a discount for KRW 220,000 -- approximately USD 60 each, including a vision test, frames and lenses) and the selection is huge!
Kyung Il Optical is located a 1-2 minute walk from Exit 5 of the Hoehyun Subway Station (Line #4) and directions, complete with a map, can be found below.
Just be sure to mention that you are from the IKAA Gathering and they will apply the discount.
